In her role, Kelly leads the development and execution of MOCPHE's policy and advocacy priorities during the state legislative session. She also spearheads efforts supporting MOCPHE's members, which includes the distribution of weekly communications and coordination of bi-weekly meetings. Kelly is based in St. Louis and enjoys spending time with her family and checking out live music.
