As MOCPHE’s Senior Advisor, Larry brings over 50 years of public health experience (including at the state, local, and non-profit levels) to MOCPHE. Larry was MOCPHE’s first Executive Director, serving in that role until December 2021, and he regularly provides invaluable institutional knowledge. He works closely with the rest of the leadership on organizational sustainability and strategic initiative development and operations. Larry is located in the Kansas City area but can be found traveling across the country with his wife and grandchildren.
