Spring is MOCPHE’s Executive Director and organizational leader, working diligently to implement MOCPHE’s 2022-2025 Strategic Plan. She works closely with critical partners and stakeholders to transform Missouri’s public health system and improve public health service delivery. Spring often represents MOCPHE and the public health lens in statewide committees, taskforces, and other efforts to improve outcomes in Missouri. Spring is located in St. Louis and spends her time with her family (including her two rescue dogs Frank and Precious) cooking, baking, and painting.
