As a Special Projects Coordinator, Xandy helps lead efforts in behavioral health crisis diversion, focusing on data collection, research, and collaboration with behavioral health professionals to support rural communities. As part of the accreditation team, she assists local public health agencies (LPHAs) interested in or seeking accreditation. She also takes on other duties as assigned to advance MOCPHE's strategic vision and is deeply committed to advancing health equity in Missouri. Based in Kansas City, Xandy enjoys playing the violin, exploring the outdoors, and trying new foods.
